My Story
The most difficult experience I have had to go through in my life is not having enough confidence in myself. I have not yet gotten through it completely but I am always working on it and making progress. Throughout this whole experience I have learned to believe in myself no matter what the situation is. I have also learned that giving yourself more confidence will boost someone else's confidence as well. What I am doing now while working on overcoming this obstacle, is to have more confidence in myself at all times. I have not always had a lot of confidence in myself but I have started to change that. I feel like it does affect different aspects of my life. It helps me in school and when I play sports. The way it helps me in school is when I say to myself that I can't do an assignment because I won't have enough time. I will tell myself that I have more time to do it than there is needed. Another example is when I play soccer. During a game I may lose the ball or make a bad play and immediately lose all confidence I had in myself. Even though I made a bad decision during the game, I pick myself up and continue on knowing I can do better than before. I feel like that since I have started to have more confidence in myself regardless of the situation, I feel much better about any challenge coming my way.
I think my creativity is expressed in innovative thinking and problem solving. The way I express it in innovative thinking is when i'm with a group of people. In the group everybody will share their ideas and I will share mine. I would always be open to other people's ideas. Normally my solution would be a little different to other peoples or I might take their idea and combine it with somebody else's solution to make a different solution. My idea is mostly different from other peoples just because of the way I think. It also shows in the way I talk sometimes. Even when I argue it comes out because of how I respond and the way I argue. Another e\way my creativity is shown is through problem solving. I tend to solve problems differently compared to other people. Its mostly because of my creativity. I get the creativity from watching how other people do things and wanting to do it differently. This shows in problem solving as well. I will watch how someone is dealing with a problem and see what they're doing to solve it. I will then immediately start thinking of other ways to figure out a solution to the problem. My solution will most likely be different and in getting the solution would be different. These are just some ways of how my creativity comes out but usually in a different way compared to other people. There are also many other ways my creativity comes out.

My identity is shown to everyone. Race does not play a big role in this because I choose not to care about it. The ethnicity of my identity does play somewhat of a role because I tend to hang out with certain groups of people. Many things have influenced me to hang out with a group of people rather than a different group. One factor is that I’m a quiet person and tend to watch what everybody does and how they act. Another would be listening to what people say. I feel that these are the 2 main factors that have influenced my identity development. The communities that I have lived in have also helped form my identity. I have lived in 3 different communities and they are all different. My educational experiences have all been just about the same and haven't had that much of an impact on my identity. The heritage of my family has had no impact on my identity because I do not know of my family heritage. My race has a small impact on my identity because of how other people see me.My ethnicity I feel is a part of my identity because I choose to hang out with certain people. The most proud thing that I am of my culture is that we don't give up and we always finish every task that is thrown at us. The most unique thing that make me who I am is the way I treat every challenge that comes my way.
